We anticipate approximately 2-5 minutes of impact time while routine maintenance (version upgrade) takes place on our database backend.
During this short window, no existing network connections will be interrupted. New connections may be blocked for a few minutes during the impact period.
Our system will be put into READ_ONLY mode which will disable making changes via the Admin pages and Admin api for the duration of the maintenance.
This change (version upgrade) has already been tested on our lower environments.
