In this maintenance Twingate will migrate production to a new setup that includes cutting over to new K8s clusters, Database Servers and Load Balancer. During the maintenance the system will be put into Read-Only mode, which means making changes via admin and APIs won't be possible. It won't impact connectivity if you didn't hardcoded Load Balancer IPs into firewalls. The new IP addresses are: IPv4: 34.96.73.247 IPv6: 2600:1901:0:717b:: Please add these new IPs along with existing ones if you have hardcoded our IPs in your firewalls. During the maintenance, the existing IPs will be migrated to the new Load Balancer too, but that involves 3-5 minutes of downtime for connectivity. (You don't need to worry about this if you don't hardcode our IPs in your firewall setup).

This scheduled maintenance affected: Analytics (Events Processing, Reports Downloads, Realtime Exports), Control Plane (Authentication - Enterprise, Authentication - Social, MFA, Authorization, Connector Heartbeat), and Management (Identity Providers Sync, Public API, Admin Console, Realtime Updates, Client Log Upload, 3rd Party Integrations).
